THE LCA

Committees: Breeding Committee

Purpose:  The purpose of the Breeding Committee is to protect, preserve, and further the qualities of the breed by assisting the Board in matters relating to breeding and adherence to the breed standard.  The Breeding Committee also works to educate its members about the above matters.

Composition:  The LCA Breeding Committee members are appointed by the Board on the recommendation of current BC members. The BC is comprised of 3 to 7 members. Currently we have no limit on associate members.  Anyone interested in joining should send a letter of intent to the Chair and the BC will vote at either their mid-year or their annual meeting, based on need.
