AKC Event Participation Form for LCA Members

Because the AKC's FSS committee has asked the LCA to keep track of new FSS registrations of LCA members' dogs, and activity by LCA members at AKC events and with other AKC breed and working clubs, we have created this form to help collect that information.  There will be an on-line version available soon so that you may send this information via the LCA website (that will be the preferred method).  Several LCA members will be working on this project.  Thank you for participating.
